I beat dead rising and I still do not have over time mode I have tried many times and beat the game. But I still do not get over time mode.

To unlock overtime mode, you need to complete all cases, get to the helicopter at noon on the last day, and make sure you talk 2 isabella at around 10am on the final day in Carlito's hideout, then overtime mose should unlock

Actually zubzero, you were very close, but you forgot, you need to talk to isabela BEFORE and AFTER 10 am. On the last day.
