Ok I killed 10 psycopaths already but it wont give me the punisher achievment I don't know what to do please answer my question

Rememmber that you have to defeat the major psycopaths in one game of 72 hours mode. I have beaten them all all together but not in the same game so I don't have the achievement yet.
(Also cultists don't count as a psycopath!)
