It's in a room in the maintenance tunnels. Cut through the park to the Parking area, and jump in the car, drive down into the tunnel and to the right, and take the first left, and then the next right. You'll come to a boxed in area with a door, try to run over as many zombies as possible without hitting the walls. If you damage the car too much, it is very difficult getting back out of this place on foot. Get out of the car and go through the door, you'll find the key in the far right corner of the room. There is also a SMG on the left side of the room. Get back to the car and leave the same way you came in.
Try not to hit zombies pushing propane bottles, as they will explode and damage the car faster.

Enter the tunnel, then take the first right, left, right. Then go through the door, it is in the room.
