You mean on her bike? Follow her and dodge her bike. When she stops to turn around and run you over again, if you are close enough, swing at her with either the small chainsaws or a sword from the cutlery store near where the battle starts.
You can also use guns when she stops to either turn around or shoot you. Stay on the pile of cardboard near where the battle starts and shoot her from there. Aim for her head!

I used the nail guns that you find around in the unfinished shops. Just climb on the big thing in the middle and shoot here when she stops to shoot you, if you keep on shooting her she usualy misses. If she drives away hop down and climb back up when she comes back.

Jump on the dumpster in the hallway behind you and keep shooting her take 3 to 4 guns
