I think he was screaming because he killed brock but he didnt find out the truth about what happened in santa cabeza or how the outbreak actually started.

He wz probably screaming because the infection that he contains took over his mind, plus you c dat he turns pale and blood appears in his mouth if you look closley. And in lvl 50, you mastr the zombie walk skill, wich kinda gives you a clue
