Molotov Guy
OK i beat the Molotov guy and i got the fire extinguisher i tried to put him out but he died.So how do you aim the fire extinguisher or how do you put him out?

It's a little tricky. You CAN'T go into aim mode with RT, because that will just make you throw the extinguisher, but I assume you know that already.
You need to distance yourself from him properly, set Frank so he's facing Paul (The Molotov guy), and then spray. You may need to fix Frank so that he's at a proper distance, and you need to spray at him for a good 5 seconds or so properly before he's put out. If you run out of extinguisher, there's another in the closet with the girls.
After that, escort him back to the safe room. Otis will call you later, telling you that Paul has something for you. After that, you can get and infinite number of Molotov's from Paul.
