I need help. (The Facts Case Keeps Expiring)

I really want ending A so I can get overtime mode, so every time a case expires I reload it or if there's no other way around it I have to restart the game. I've restarted about four times now and I'm getting really frustrated! On case 8: The Butcher, I get there at about 11ish at night and I kill him really easily, but whenever I finish that mission, ''The Facts'' mission expires. Is there any way or cheat around this? I'm getting so frustrated because I've been playing this game for at least three days now and still haven't got ending A. Oh, and I'd already saved it in the security room at 10ish which is when ''The facts'' mission expires. I knew I was going to fight that butcher, you see, so I didn't check for a time limit on the next case. Is there anyway I complete the case or make it not expire right after killing the butcher? Because I really don't want to restart it so close to the end. Thanks for taking the time to read.

did you go back to isabela after killing the butcher you can also save there. when you get there and tell isabela the password you can mess around in the mall until the helicopter arrives. PS go to the security room for a achievement(take a pic of jessie)[spoiler][/spoiler]
