I do not understand how to proceed with Isabella. Do I kill her? If I am supposed to kill her, how do I do so?

From the question I'm not to sure what bit your on but if it's the part where you have to meet her you must go to the meeting point wait for the time when she arrives , then carry her back to the safe point , if however you mean the motobike fight your best of with a shotgun , you won't kill her but you'l get a cutscene , hope that helps.
