The machine gun is on chapter 8 or 7 the school it's quite powerful and you only find 1 or 2 with 18 bullets use wisely you can also find a cleaver when you kill this fat lady very strong guns don't do alot my advise taser her attack a few times and hit her head she dead in 3 mins hope I helped

It it in the school chapter 8 or 7, it will be used by some tramp murderer dude,
It should have 18 bullets. also theres a meat cleaver on this level owned by some fat lady chef/cook quite hard to kill her, my technique shoot or hit , then taser her repeat till dead very good weapon in my opinion well happy killings.
