How do you get a tecnolegy victory

To get a tecnology victory you have to research almost all the technologies available where you will eventually unlock space flight. After you have researched spaceflight you will have to build parts for a kind of space ship(a minimum of 1 for each of the 4 parts and a max of 3/4) after that you can lauch tis space ship where you will then get the technology victory afetr a few turns
I think you have to launch a space mission to ?? (forgot the planets name)
A victory for technology must have the most city as possible and continue the game after normal go
