Is this true or a myth??

Some people I play with sometimes talk about people playing multiplayer online using what they call a "glitch switch". Meaning that they can hit a button and make their opponets connection slow and theirs fast to where they can kill you before you get a chance to put your crosshairs on them. Is there any truth to this or is this just a myth?? And if it is true how and where would you get this?

There are things that make everybodys' connection slow, I've heard it called a "lag switch". It makes everybodys connection slow, and it's a really cheap way to win.

I have heard about it,microsoft de-activates any account they find using this lag switch

It's a pretty pointless thing to do as it would annoy your the guys you're playin with and it'd give them the impression you have are crap at cod

Ok so everyones right about the lag switch it works like this 1. You have to be the host 2. It is a really wrong and n00by thing to do and 3. Im pretty sure you can get banned for manipulating xbox live so I don't recommend it if you want to know more just check you tube and type it in thats where I learned. HOPE THIS HELPS.
