One is unlocking the first prestige on XBOXLIVE
And the other is unlocking the tenth

1st is pretty easy get lvl one prestige
2nd is a pain,get 10th prestige

The top few are only partially correct. The first achievement is "It's All About Prestige", unlocked by entering the 1st Prestige. The last one is "Go Get Some Sun" which is unlocked through reaching the highest multiplayer rank, 10th Prestige, Commander (65).
