You could go into the glitch next to the grenades.Or try and stay in the help room and DON'T open the main stairs you will get mauled!! And I would say to have a ray gun and a m2 flamethrower or a browning

Well the .357 magnum is a one shot kill and so is any bolt action rifle if you get a head shot. I would say have a trench gun and either a BAR or a Thompson only because they are on the walls so you can get ammo whenever you want.

For starters the grenade glitch has been patched. Secondly the bolt action rifles are slow fire rate therefore when you get to level 5(when the zombies start running) they are useless. The trench gun, thompson and bar are also rubbish because they arent powerful enough. The best guns for zombies are the deployable browning, the deployable mg42, the flamethrower and the ray gun. Also the best way to get points is to use the mp40 in the early rounds.

The best way to win is to go through the hell room and open up the stairs from there, go upstairs and get the trench gun, a browning, or the ray gun, and go near the couch that should still be there if you didnt screw up and sit near the couch...

This is the most effective tactic for me
1. In the first few rounds, just let them come in
2. Shoot them with your pistol a couple of times then stab them(it gets you more points)
3. If doing what I suggested above, you should have 2950 points or above. Use these points to open the door with HELP written across it, use the random box and then open upstairs through the staircase in the HELP room
4. Stand by the place you get grenades and kill them all as they come through the doorway
5. Remember to watch the window beside you
6. Near the end of each round try to throw a grenade behind a zombie. This will make him a crawler and he'll go slower. This will enable you to go downstairs and use the random box without the round ending and you being in serious risk of being attacked on the way back up.

The best guns are probably the Deployable Browning, Deployable MG42, Ray Gun and the .357 Magnum
All of these are got from the random box.

Guns like the BAR, Thompson, FG42, MP40 and STG-44 are ok in rounds 1-10 but after that theyre hopless as they don't carry enough ammo and you have to reload more often.

1.When I have 1950 points I go into the 'hell room' and get a weapon from the mystery box. 2. I open the stairs from the 'hell room'. 3.I go upstairs and go into the room were the grenades are and the stairs to the starting room arn't open. From there the zombies can only come at you from a narrow door way and a window which is very easy to defend.
4. At the end of each round I go to the mystery box and get a gun until I have the Ray Gun and either Deployable Browning or Deployable MG42.

I have got to round 20 in co-op when 2 of us had ray guns using this statergy.
