You cannot get zombies on Modern Warfare 3, it does not have this feature in the game. There is a multiplayer game mode that is something like zombies called Infection online. You can play with other people and you have to infect everyone. It's under the community playlist and you need Xbox Live to play this.

You can aslo reffer to survival mode on Modern Warfare. There basicly the same, guys always coming at you and etc, the only thing is that they carry guns
