Good on you! No, seriously, the best way for you to find Prestige Matches regardless of the level, or more to the point specific to the level is to either join a large Clan that regularly holds Prestige matches as part of the state raison d'etre of that organization, or you can request to arrange matches on chat boards -- either the boards belonging to the site of your Clan, or even the game board on SuperCheats (as long as you are discrete and do not spam the requests).

Choosing to make the leap to Prestige is a big deal, since the process basically sacrifices all of your multi-player rank, score, and abilities to begin that new path -- and walking that path can be (really is) a time-consuming and challenging adventure.
