I'm afraid you can't. If you don't like the blood, try making it a habit to either not pay attention to the blood or assure yourself that it's just a game. Trust me, I've been in that situation before. Hope this helps.

I think you can. Go to options and turn the Graphic Content option to restricted or something like that.

Sorry, no, there is no filter to edit out the results of violence in the game. You can skip the terrorist mission but that is as far as they went with filtering content.
