I'm pretty sure you can't sorry. Though there really isn't that much blood compared to the previous Call of Duty.

No you can't sorry. The blood is actually pretty useful as it shows you how much health you have.

I don't know but you can get black ops because it has an option to turn off bad language and blood and gore. Or you can get it for the ds and the blood is small amounts. I asked my mom to get me world at war because I was able to turn off blood ( I was 11 yers old).

Other than avoiding the airport mission there is no option to filter out blood or the representation of violence in the game. Sorry.
