Which levels are sniping levels?
What's the best class. I want to hear from everyone if possible.

As for sniping levels, Im assuming opposite to everyone else by taking your meaning of levels as multiplayer maps. Any way, online you can pretty much snipe on any map although the ones I have found to be good for sniping are Rundown, Highrise and Afghan.
As for a best class, I really can't give you a specific one because a best class is usually found by it's user and is formed by the users playing style. For example when I rush I use an MP5K Silenced With Scavange Cold Blooded and Ninja. Where as when sniping I use INtervention with Slieght of Hand Stopping POwer and steady aim. So as I said it depends on your style of play as to what your 'Best Classes' will become.

Some levels have sniping parts like just like old times and cliffhanger
There are specific stealth/sniper like levels in special ops and snipers are the best weapons to use.
There are quite a few sniping parts/levels yes
The best class is a custom class for better weapons and it's very easy to unlock

There are some sniping levels, like the snoe one. In spec ops, there are more sniping levels, including one that looks just like the level from COD4.
My favorite class is a custom class, UMP45 with silencer and red dot, Spas-12, smoke and frag, bling, cold-blooded, and scrambler. Works perfectly.

Like what everyone else says, there are a lot of opportunities to snipe, but not a full length sniping level like Ghillies in the Mist from Call of Duty 4.
The best class depends on your playing style, but my favorite is
Intervention with silencer and heartbeat sensor
USP.45 with Silencer and Tactical Knife
Bling Pro
Cold-Blooded
Ninja
Death Streak- What ever you prefer, but I use Final Stand because if I'm counter sniped I go down, but after like 10 seconds, I re-heal
Kill Streak- Depends on map, but UAV is good for finding targets

Im going to thnk you mean multiplayer. I found the best maps are wasteland, highrise, and afghan. Unless you're trigger-happy, I don't suggest going with the m21, go with the barret. The m21 has much less power. Barrets are almost always a 1-shot kill. For a secondary, you should either keep a pistol(i reccomend an m9 if you're high enough) or an m10 shotgun. For perks, you might want the 1st as sleight of hand pro, 2nd as cold blooded pro, third as ninja pro. Death streak should probably be final stand, kill streak should be UAV.
