As far as we know the only way is to unlock the last prestige and then buy them.

There used to be a way to get them BEFORE you get the 14th Prestige level that had you use the solo game setup menu bug where you could load a solo map and then very quickly back out, load a SnD Nuke town map and then start and it would let you earn prestige solo but they patched that.
