I tried to make a screenshot but I don't know how to do it please help me.

Just do CONTROL and PRINT SCREEN at the same time - that places the screen in the buffer - immediately load Microsoft Paint (or your preferred graphics editing program - we like Abobe Photoshop n our desktop or Gimp on our Notebook) and create a new image, then PASTE the buffer into it. Crop it as you like then save it and Voila! There is your Screen!
