Actually you can and its very easy just go to multiplayer wait till the store pops up after that go to local press create class then pick a gun class that you have diamond camo online put it on even your emblems and thats it enjoy if your not satisfied with the answer try it yourself and see but u must have dimond camo online if not it wont work

Yes you can my 3 year old knows how to get diamond camo offline but he won't show me. I'm being 100% truthful

Unless you play online, you can't get it offline, if you beat the campaign, you get it in campaign.
