We've heard that this can sometimes happen when your game disc is dirty...

There is also a known glitch that causes the guns to disappear (not display) -- granted the game is hard to play that way but it is a pretty common glitch.

The only known fix for this is to install the game physically to your hard drive on your Xbox 360.

The cause of this by the way is not your fault - it is a bug that is related to having installed a map pack in your game which corrupts the loaded data set from the disc.

Once you install the game to your hard drive it corrects the glitch.
