"God Mode" or referred to as the invincibility hack is only accessible from the use of mods. The mods can be accessed by looking online and downloading the "mods" into a flashdrive. However, most of these are from scammers and required you to pay to use them before downloading them and some places also require you to "take a survey" to download them. If you personally ask me, I would not use any type of mod. If you were to use it online, the Treyarch staff would most likely ban your account for a short period of time for the first offense or longer or permanently for multiple offenses. Sure it's fun at first, but some things do come with consequences mind you.
