How can I play online plzz help!

How can I play online everytime I will play online it says the current profiel is not allonehyb to play online PLZZ HELP

I have some bad news for you sunshine...

Either your account (gamertag) has been banned by Microsoft, OR (and this is more likely) the actual Console you are using was banned. Did you buy it second-hand?

So we have good news / bad news - the good news is, if it is your Gamertag that was banned, you can make a new account and tag and start playing immediately. If it is your console that was banned, you can't ever use it for online play. Ever. So you either give it to some younger nephews who can play with it offline or you can stick it in your summer cabin that has no net connection and use it there to play offline while buying a brand new and unbanned console for your own use.
