Pre-owned games VIP/Bonus codes

I have purchased several pre-owned games from GameStop. I need to know if there is new codes are available to get the bonuses and extras you would have gotten if this was a NEW purchase. This applies to all COD and BF series games.

The codes that you get come with the brand new games - the person who bought the game you bought second hand claimed them, so they are gone. To get them you have to buy the game new. It sounds like you are asking if there is a way to get them without buying the game new - the answer is no - and yes. For example they added Nuketown as a free download so you CAN get that, but the other stuff? No.
