My controller the stick goes up when I press down when I press down it goes up how do I solve it

Go to Options, and there should be an option for your look sensitivity. Make it say default instead of inverted and it should be fixed.

Your look is inverted. Go to the menu and select options. Then select Invert Look or Aim.
