Why can't I kill anyone in call of duty Black Ops xbox I got a friend to stand still in front of me emptied a full clip second time 2clips before he went down

Well, there are many reasons. 1 the people can buy modded controllers that have them shoot faster or automatically aim quick and easy headshots. 2 you could just be really bad and unused to the controls of the game. 3 people could hack the game and go into a mode where no one sees them and their weapons do serious damage.

Also, it could be your connection is bad. This is a major reason you claim to hit them but indeed miss.
