Question for Call of Duty: Black Ops

Why does jumping seem to make people harder to kill. Not as in just hitting, but it seems they can take more hits. With the HK, I can kill someone in four or five body shots, but when they jump, I clearly hear six or more hits, then they land, and kill me. I've even shot people mid air with the shotguns that are one hit kill from close range, only to be killed after they land, still alive.

Maybe your shots just aren't hitting like you thought, if I'm playing online and I jump into the air I usually get killed. I don't jump in the air because in my opinion in makes you easier to get killed. I don't know why you are having that problem, but just try not to shoot them in the air and wait till they hit the ground.
