Why can't I access any matches and my level rank says lvl 1 agai
So, I was playing in an obviously hacked match. Unlimited ammo, extra high jumping, etc. All of a sudden I got kicked from the game, then my level rank dropped to 1, I can't access any matches, and it says I need to unlock private lvl 1 to access any matches. I'm still hooked to Xbox live. So it's not my live account. Help?? I have no idea what caused this...

Depends. If you are banned then you cannot play. You need to contact the support center via the game website and ask. If they say you are banned find out what type of ban it is.
If you are perma-banned that means your actual console has been banned and you will have to replace it. If just your account was banned you can create a new gamertag, give it gold access, and start over.
Knowing which is obviously really important.
