On this mission you need to Run up to the top of the hill, it should be right next to a fence and right next to the building where all the enemy fire is coming from, find the glowing becon spot and go over there to activate the airstrike.

When you approach the spot where you are supposed to place and activate the beacon you get a button prompt to do it.
