There are mission by mission videos on youtube, showing you where the intel are on each mission

The Intel is scattered throughout the game. Other than methodically searching through every level, the easy way to find all of the Intel is to use the COD4 Walkthrough Guide on SuperCheats, which has directions to find each Intel Item with illustrations to help you locate them.
