What is the difference between the Desert Eagle and the Golden Desert Eagle? Is it just the name or what?

When you unlock the desert eagle it is silver than I think you gotta get to a higher rank to unlock the gold camo for it

Um the difrence is not much just the colors? I would use the reg d-gle it's les distracting but equally deadly and enemys can see gold better than silver?

I've gotten almost everything thats gold(xept the gold sniper...) and it really doesnt make it better, but I don't think they get taken away when you go to prestige mode.

You get the normal D.E at 43 I think, it's the same as the gold D.E and you get it at rank 55

One is silver one is gold no difference really just makes every one act like a jackasss because they think they are better "cuz They gotsa gold gun"

Acctually (i aint no maniac 4 saying this) I read on a guide that the gold one uses .50 bullets, while the silver uses .44 whether or not he was right I don't know but he seemed to know his weapons well as it was a very helpful weapon guide.
