Used for selling multiple items at once, I.e. Mark 2 weapons with the red arrow and sell them in any "store" in 1 go

Green arrows mean it is better than the weapon you are holding, red mean it's worse. So if the top arrow is green the weapon does more damage than the one you're holding.
