Well I clocked two days ago and I got an achievement for rescuing all the sisters and there was a different ending I suppose if you harvest all of them there will be an evil ending.

It's pretty much the same from the first one, but a tad bit different, as you have to earn the Adam, instead of only killing the Big Daddy.

Just to confirm that there is a different ending and changes in the game. I got it yesterday but I will not tell you it you have to find it do it yourself.
