Everytime you save 3 or 4 little sisters, tenebaum sends a little sister with a gift....theres adam in it plasmids or tonics and other stuff

Save every little sister you can. Then tenenbaum will send a teddy bear to the next gatherer's garden you come by. It comes with ADAM and cash.

Yeah; save every Little Sister and save up ADAM. You can use ADAM to purchase upgrades such as extra slots for tonics and plasmids. You can only use the ADAM at certain stations around the map

She does make it worth your while. If you RESCUE every few little Sister, she has a Sister send a teddy bear to a Gatherer's Garden Machine, which is where you can buy Tonics, Plasmids, and Plasmid or Tonic Slots. Oh, and in those Teddy Bears, are sometimes either Tonics, Plasmids, Cash, Adam, and other good stuff. I recommend this because you will get stuff you wouldn't be able to find in the game. And plus, this will help you out in the game, you will see why.
