Medical Pavilion
Ok, Im in the "Medical Pavilion", and Im up to the bit where you have to blow up the blockage in "Surgery" by throwing a grenade at it
Anyway, about halfway down the corridor to "Surgery", theres a "Securis" door leading to a room which also has a door in the foyer area
Neither door will open, and I just wanted to know how to get them open

Ok well you go back to were you came from and look on your map and to the south (bottom if you didnt rotate map) you see a small hallway go there and get incinerate then follow the stairs and the rest is up to you because this isnt a walkthrough srry
