I am at the part just after seeing grendels mother the second time. I am stuck trying to defeat the thanes and need help

Ther is a way to defeat them but it is difficult you must use carnal fury and survive using carnal fury for there are fury deposits but it is difficult and I am stuck also but I know how you must survive and kill the one that talks when you meet them or they keep coming
