Where is freeze's suit, to defeat penguin?

You remember where you crossed the frozen ice, with the shark under you? There are three paths from that position. You can use the bathook to pull one of the rafts to you. The stand on the raft, using the bathook to grab the rings to pull you and the raft towards them.

If you haven't released Mr. Freeze from captivity, I'm not sure if you can do anything with the suit. He's located along the Left-hand exit from the Ice Room, and needs to be released first.

Once you've done that, go to the Right-hand side and unfreeze the two officers there, then go past them, up into the building. Inside, there are three hostages being held on a bridge. After defeating their captors, stand on the bridge and turn slowly, using your detective mode.

You'll find the suit within the glass case, very near the end of the bridge, (opposite the direction you entered the area from). Remember.. Once at the suit, you need to find the item that's concealed in the forearm of it's glove.
