You're in the Gladiator's Pit - electrified fence to either side. Fly your remote controlled batarang through the electricity arcing above the fence gate to either side.

Later in the game, you will need to use the Cryptographic Analyzer energize the electric fence for another batarang target. Fly your batarang beneath the gate that's partially open, and look for an opening beyond the fence leading to the fuse box.

To get out of the gladiator pit fly a remote controlled batarang up to the platform where penguin was standing. From there fly straight until theres an option of turning left into a staircase going down. Follow the staircase down and and the end will be a red button on a platform that you'll have to hit with your batarang (this takes a few tries :p) after you hit it the gate on the left should open. I still can't figure out how to open the two other gates to get to the riddler trophies yet though. :(

To open the other two gates in the gladiator pit, send a batarang through the gap in the fence on the right side (if you are facing towards the platform penguin was standing on) then fly it around through the first open gate and over some metal bars and hit the fuse box with it. For the next one send the batarang through the electricity again and go under the small gap that occurred after you overloaded the first one. Fly it trough the glass (bread the glass first) to the right and hit the fuse box with the batarang

Guest answered:

If you've already went through the museum once, there's a switch at the left wall at the top of the two stairs. Use your cryptograph sequencer to activate the electric again. Fly your batarang through the current and overload the breaker.

Guest answered:

To open the middle door after coming in a second time set on the electricity using the cryptographic sequencer then use a remote control batarang send it through the electric current passing over the right electric door then send it underneath the open gate around the right corner through one of the holes and hit the fuse BE SURE TO HAVE ENOUGH CURRENT or it will not overload. It may be best to boost the batarang at some point to help it keep some of it's charge.

This is not a question this is merely a statement.

Guest answered:

Just an added tip to make the task easier: on the Xbox 360 version, if you press the LT button on the controller while the batarang is in flight, it slows it down making it easier to navigate. Also, I never noticed the red dot that pinpoints where you are sending the batarang to make the remote tool very precise.

All crappy answers. I did all this, and I’m still stuck on this horribly-designed level.
