On the loose lips mission I can't find the snitch no matter how many times I use eagle vision or how many times I restart the missino

Follow the guy you talk to in the Thief Building, he'll lead you to a city corner with a low roof on which a theif group is located. Buy thos group and use the to lure the targets (guards), once they leave turn on eagle vission and youll notice a guy wander what just happened and walk away, follow him UNDETECTED, he'll lead you to the benefactor where you can kill him. BUT to get 100% sync, you have to lure the guy out, so buy the theif group thats on the rooftops by the benefactor and wait till he runs out of the red zone to kill him.
