Question for Assassin's Creed Brotherhood

What Happens if I don't get a 100% synch? I don't want to go back and replay the missions again, but I'm not sure what happens if I don't get the 100% synch

Its fine if you don't get 100% synch you can keep going it wont make you replay just do what they want you to do in each mission and you will be fine
