1. There are three computers. Lucy's, Stillman's, and one belonging to an unknown person in the conference room. It's possible that it's Stillman's laptop, but I doubt it.
To get to Lucy's, obviously take her login pen and access it.
To get into Stillman's, after a mission, wake up in the morning. After talking to Stillman, wait until he walks behind his desk and looks out the window. Sometimes he won't, it depends on the day. One day, he'll even start out looking out the window. Go up behind him and a prompt to press any button will appear, and you'll pickpocet his access key from his pocket. Afterwards, after any mission, you can use the key to log on to his computer.
The final computer is in the conference room. Once you're far enough into the story, either Lucy or Stillman's computer will have a code on it. That code will allow you access to the conference room. I don't know if you can get on without a code, but I think you can, so just go up to the chair, hit a button, and be treated to THE E-mail.

2. I dunno. Maybe you already saw the credits or something. Just to be sure, go into your room, look at the wall above your bed, and hit Y.
