At the end of game after you beat the real master guy, you go to lucy inside the docs office and when you two are taking the camera goes down to focus on her blouse that she then touches and I thought I saw that she was missing a finger just like altair does(his ring finger,right hand)is this true if so what does that mean is she an assassin?

Yes, Lucy is on of the Assassins. If you read the emails on her computer that has cap letters every now and then if you take those letters you find out that she was the one that got the other assassins to try to storm the building to try to rescue Desmond. The cap letters read somthing like 'We will be there soon.'

Yes it means she is an assassin... And they have their ring finger cut off as they were not allowed get a married... Or so I was told..
You can find out she is an assassin by reading her emails and reading only the capital letters.
