help with investigations

I'm on memory block 4 and I'm in jerusalem. I've gone to all the view points and saved the citizens. However none of my investigations will show up. If you could help me I would greatly appriciate it.

Just go to the rich district and find a view point

You need to go to the the Assassin's Office in the city to unlock the investigations.

Go to the assassins beauro (sp) and talk to the guy in there to start them.

You have to find view points that you can't see on the map.

Finish the viewpoints and go to the assassin's bureau to get the them

I did all my viewpoints in every disrict and now it wont let me do any mission like I go to the burrea and he says why arent you working blah blah blah then I go to look and tthere no view points to acsess missions ? Helppppppppp

Also my xbox live was just turned off will I get banned if I do all the ach. Because a friend of mine said soemthing about when your offline(silver) all the ach do wont count or will but wont show time's when did but dates and xbox can't verify the truth of this so they will ban you ? Just curios I'm a lil new to xbox ,and I've been working my *** off at this game and deff don't want that to happen. Thank you everyone
