How to get past after you use c130 to deploy agent purple

You need to protect the c130 as it leaves but within seconds it is shot down what to do

Fly back and forth through the left edge of the big yellow circle on the map. Don't enter the darker circles where you're within AA range. You must deploy the agent a lot...until the bar at the top center of your screen empties to indicate you've deployed enough agent. Stay under 100, fly in and out of the circle on the map and keep deploying in the same spot over and over again. You'll make it past.
