When you beat the game on any difficulty setting Insane mode will become unlocked for your next playthrough.
Complete the game on any difficulty setting to unlock the 'New Game+' option at the 'Main' menu. New Game+ mode allows you to start a new playthrough and retain ALL previously obtained upgrades and evolution levels from your previous playthrough.
Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding Avatar Award:
