Ok, I know how hard it is to dive and win the ref over, but I found a solution. With any team and any player, run into the box while it is PACKED and when you are just about to get tackled, dive. Usually you will dive into the players shoulder and the ref will give a penalty. Remember, just before you're about to get tackled, not too early and not too late.
