This feature becomes an available option when you complete Chapter 4 in Story mode Offline.
Unlock Extra Mode Cast Voices:
When you have defeated ALL forms of the final Boss and completed the game new voice options will beome available when you create a new cast character.
Chapter Preview:
When you complete the timed missions in a chapter with an 'S' rank you'll be able to listen to an audio preview of the next chapter.
