When you complete the following Survival courses defeating ALL the characters in that course the corresponding course will become unlocked.
Unlock Advanced Survival:
Complete the Intermediate Survival.
Unlock Beginner Survival:
Complete the Introductory Survival.
Unlock Intermediate Survival:
Complete the Beginner Survival.
Unlock Ultimate Survival:
Complete the Advanced Survival.
