Either complete the Combat Training challenge for a character or alternately get a 'Bronze' rank in a character's Comic mission to unlock their fourth alternate costume.
The second alternate costume can be unlocked two ways. Either gain between two and four levels with a character or alternately defeat 30 enemies with a character. The third alternate costume becomes available when you defeat 175 enemies with a character.
Enter the following codes quickly at the indicated screen to activate the corresponding cheat effect. If the code has been entered correctly you will hear a confirmation sound. Achievements will become disabled when cheats are activated.
Unlcok ALL Characters:
At the 'Main' menu or a S.H.I.E.L.D. Save zone menu press Up(2), Down(2), Left(3), Start.
Unlock ALL Powers:

Wen you fight fin fan foom don't fite him. If you fite him he fly up. So don't fite him. Just stay away from him an fite tha hinchmin. They just kepe comin at ya and they never stop coming at you.
When you go to change team remove all characters by pressing x then press up up down down left left left. You should here the sound of coins.
To get all the characters you need to go into the selection screen and press up,up,down,down,left,left,left,start. Your welcome

What does it do for the game? I hear the tone but cnat tell what it does
When playing coop or arcade if you are about to die go to the players menu and turn off player 2 then switch to the guy he was using and you can then turn him on and your life will be full
